1.1 By using our app, you (“Operators/SUBc”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms also apply to the supply of all submitting “Post a job”, “Find jobs” services via the website (https://www.thechauffeurs.app) or App (Chauffeurs.App).
1.2 By supplying your email address you permit theChauffeurs.App to contact you via email, in return, we promise never to supply your email to any third party
1.3 We do not accept bookings made on behalf of our name, “thechauffeurs.App”, we are not a private hire operator.
1.4 theChauffeurs.App Ltd have the right to block accounts who is thought to be under the influence of non-licenced private hire operators/sub-contractors.
2. POST A JOB
2.1 Payment Methods — theChauffeur.App allows Agents/Operators to provide payment method options to Sub-contractors,
2.2 As an agency/operator you agree to initiate payment to sub-contractors stated on your payment method terms when posting a job listing.
2.3 As a sub-contractor you accept Agents/Operators terms of payment method.
3. LISTING CONTRACTS
3.1 As a sub-contractor, you ”driver”, are agreeing to terms with the agent/operator on the platform, these include, Accepting Lists, Payment Method, providing up-to-date documents.
3.2 As an agent/operator, you “agent/operator”, are agreeing to terms with the sub-contractor on the platform, these include, Posting a job, putting the correct data, agreeing to payment method, providing up-to-date documents, checking sub-contractors documents.
4. FIND JOBS
4.1 We “theChauffeur.App”, do not list jobs on behalf of any agencies, we do not accept any jobs behalf of any sub-contractors.
4.2 As a sub-contractor when accepting jobs you are responsible to check operating area of the agent. (i.e. London TFL, Castle-point)
4.3 As a sub-contractor you should only accept lists operating in your area.
4.4 As a sub-contractor you should check listing description carefully, we cannot amend payment methods or listing descriptions, theChauffeurs.App will not intervene between contracts.
5. CONSUMER RIGHTS
5.1 theChauffeurs.App consumers have legal rights in relation to services that are not performed with professionalism and a duty of care. Advice about the legal rights of consumers is available from:
